Broilmaster, the manufacturer, does not accept direct returns or offer a general satisfaction guarantee. Any issues related to product defects must be addressed through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Shipping Damage: Customers must notify us or initiate a shipping claim with the shipping carrier within 24 hours of receipt if their order arrives damaged. Signing for a delivery indicates that you have received it in good condition, and BroilmasterStore.com cannot be held liable for any damage discovered after signing.
- Unused & Resalable Condition: Returns are accepted only if the product remains unused, in its original packaging, and is received by BroilmasterStore.com in resalable condition within thirty (30) days of the purchase date.
- Special Orders: Special Order items cannot be returned, as all sales are final.
- Defective Products: If your product is defective, you must file a warranty claim with Broilmaster. We can assist in providing warranty claim details but cannot process warranty replacements directly.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Shipping Responsibility: Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, both for delivery and return, even if the original shipment was sent with free shipping.
- Handling & Restocking Fee: Returns due to customer remorse or incorrect ordering will incur a 20% handling and restocking fee.
- Order Cancellations: Cancellations of orders or parts will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- Transit Damage During Return: BroilmasterStore.com is not responsible for any damage incurred while the product is in transit back to us. We highly recommend insuring your return shipment accordingly.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund within 30 days. The refund amount will reflect any applicable restocking and original shipping charges.
