Shipping Information
Shipping and handling charges are based on the total value of your order. Orders over $999 qualify for Free Shipping when shipped to the contiguous 48 states. For in-stock items, delivery times range from 2-10 business days depending on your location. Special Order items typically require 4-6 weeks for delivery.
BroilmasterStore.com reserves the right to change product pricing and information at any time. If a price is lowered after a purchase has been made, we do not offer refunds for the difference.
APO/FPO Addresses
We do ship to APO/FPO addresses; however, shipments are subject to USPS size, weight, and content restrictions. Additional shipping fees may apply. If extra charges are necessary, we will contact you before processing your order to give you the option to adjust your shipping address.
Large Shipments
Large shipments, unless specified otherwise, are curbside deliveries. The freight carrier will deliver your shipment to your driveway but will not carry it inside. A signature is required upon delivery. If you authorize the carrier to leave the shipment without a signature, BroilmasterStore.com cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during delivery.
Customers must inform us at the time of purchase if there are any potential delivery issues, such as narrow roads, unpaved driveways, or restricted access locations. BroilmasterStore.com is not responsible for additional shipping costs if a freight company is unable to deliver to a particular location.
Remote Shipping Locations
Additional shipping fees apply for orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, Puerto Rico, Long Island, Martha’s Vineyard, Nantucket, Staten Island, and other remote or hard-to-reach areas. This includes both free shipping and standard shipping orders. If your order falls under these conditions, we will notify you of any additional shipping charges.
Customers shipping to Canada are responsible for all duties and tariffs.
Undelivered Shipments
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, the customer will be responsible for all shipping charges, both to and from their location.
Freight shipments require the shipping company to contact the customer before delivery. If a freight shipment is returned because the carrier was unable to reach the customer, it will be treated as a return and subject to our standard return policy.
Shipping Carriers
We use UPS, FedEx, and USPS for smaller shipments, while larger items ship via freight carriers. BroilmasterStore.com reserves the right to select the carrier for your order.
Once a shipment is handed off to the carrier, we are unable to modify the shipping address, request a specific delivery date, or guarantee an exact delivery time.
Shipping Damage
Upon delivery, please inspect your shipment carefully. If the product is visibly damaged, refuse the delivery and notify us immediately. If you discover damage after opening the package, contact us within 24 hours to report the issue.
Signing for a delivery means you are legally acknowledging that the order was received in good condition. If you do not inspect your shipment at the time of delivery, BroilmasterStore.com cannot be held responsible for damage claims made afterward.
Order Cancellations
Any canceled orders will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
Fraud Prevention Before Shipping
To protect against fraudulent activity, we verify the billing and shipping addresses on all orders. Please ensure that your billing address matches the one on file with your credit card issuer to avoid delays.
If your shipping address differs from your billing address, we require additional verification. Please email a photocopy of your driver’s license and the front and back of the credit card used for the purchase to: security@broilmasterstore.com or text to 561-614-2555.
